" Set on the very outskirts of the renowned Cotswold village of Broadway, this semi detached one bedroom bungalow enjoys a pleasant corner plot. The property benefits from double glazing and gas central heating whilst offering the opportunity for further improvement.

The property has accommodation comprising an entrance hall, living room, dining room, a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. Outside there are gardens to the front and rear along with off road parking for several vehicles and a detached single garage.

From Broadway High Street proceed towards a roundabout bearing left here onto Leamington Road. Continue along this road and on passing the junction to Sheldon Avenue on the right hand side, turn right into a driveway where the property can be located by a Gusterson Palmer & James For Sale board.

The renowned village of Broadway is considered the gateway to the Cotswolds and whilst having its own shopping facilities the nearby market town of Evesham is well served.
