This mid terrace property is pleasantly situated in a rural location but within reach of both Bidford on Avon and Evesham. It has a double and single bedroom. A reception room and kitchen. A downstairs shower room and glazed lean to at the side. The property benefits from double glazing and has night storage heating.

From our office in Merstow Green, turn left into Vine Street and follow the road through the town. Continue over the traffic lights and over the railway bridge to the next set of lights. Continue over and up Greenhill. At the next roundabout continue over towards Norton. At the next roundabout continue towards Harvington. Continue on this road through Harvington to Pitchill and onto Rushford. Following a right hand bend the property can be located by a Gusterson Palmer & James To Let board on the left hand side and can be found set back at the end of a small lane.
