" With a rear garden that extends to over 350 feet in length this extended four bedroom semi detached family home is well presented throughout.

The property offers accommodation comprising an entrance hall, living room, family room, kitchen diner, conservatory, cloakroom, four bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room. The property has off road parking to the front and a large rear garden that is separated in to a couple of parts.

From Evesham High Street proceed along Abbey Road to the river bridge. Turn left onto Waterside, follow the road to the next junction and turn right at the traffic onto Port Street. At a roundabout bear left onto Elm Road and continue along until turning third left into Offenham Road. Follow this road for some two miles until entering the village of Offenham. Turn left into Laurels Road and continue along this road bearing off left into Boat Lane at the first sharp right hand bend. Once in Boat Lane the property can be located along on the right hand side.
