" Set in secluded development enclosed in part by the historic walls of Evesham Abbey, this distinctive stone faced one bedroom property is offered in excellent order and enjoys a convenient location.

The accommodation comprises a reception hall, living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is a paved courtyard garden and residents parking close by. There is also double glazing and gas central heating with a combination boiler.

Proceed from Evesham High Street into Vine Street, where the gates into the development can be found on the left hand side. Once inside the development the property can be found on the right hand side when walking along the pathway.

Standing under an open canopy porch the wood panel door opens to the Entrance Hall: having a panel radiator, central heating thermostat and doors to:
