" This traditional style two bedroom terraced home is located in the popular Bengeworth area of Evesham. No pets please.

The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, living room with bay window, kitchen, garden room, utility, cloakroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a small fore garden and an enclosed rear garden.

From Evesham High Street, proceed in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge.  At the traffic lights turn left onto Waterside and follow the road to the next junction, turn right into Port Street.  At the roundabout, bear left into Elm Road and immediately turn left into Kings Road where the property can be found towards the end of the road on the left hand side located by the Gusterson Palmer & James To Let board.
