" This semi detached family home is set towards the end of a popular no through road and has been well presented by the current owner. The property is found towards the outskirts of Evesham and is ideally placed for local shopping and school amenities.

The accommodation comprises a reception hall, living room, a kitchen with dining area, utility space and a cloakroom. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The property enjoys double glazing and gas central heating. Outside there is a detached garage, parking and established well maintained gardens.

From Evesham High Street, follow in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge. From here turn left onto Waterside and continue along to a junction turning right at the traffic lights onto Port Street. Follow this road to a roundabout and bear left onto Elm Road. Take the first right turn off Elm Road into Badsey Lane, where the property can be found along on the left hand side located by a Gusterson Palmer & James For Sale board.
