" This modern semi detached property creates an ideal family home and is set in the corner of a cul de sac. The property offers double glazing and gas central heating whilst there is a pleasant enclosed garden to the rear and off road parking.

From Evesham High Street, continue southwards towards Abbey Road and continue to the river bridge. At the traffic lights continue over into Cheltenham Road before taking the second left turn into Davies Road. Follow this road over the first roundabout and then take the second right hand turn into Ash Grove. Turn first right again into a cul de sac, where the property can be found on the right hand side, located by the Agents For Sale board.
