Holland Moor has access to popular primary schools and a bus route is available from Wigan through to Ormskirk. Road links include access to the M6 and M58 motorways. The West Lancashire College is in the area along with Ashurst Beacon Country Park and Golf Club.

Our View

An early internal inspection is essential to appreciate the accommodation on offer which is situated in the Holland Moor area of Skelmersdale. The accommodation comprises double glazed door to the entrance porch, a lounge with a dining area and having a gas fire in a decorative surround and laminate flooring. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units, a gas cooker point, inset sink unit and a double glazed door to the rear garden. To the first floor, the landing gives access to two bedrooms with the master having fitted wardrobes. There is also a bathroom comprising panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC and part tiled walls. Outside there is an open plan front garden with flower borders and a driveway to the side. There is an enclosed rear garden which is mainly paved with mature trees and shrubs.



Directions :-

From the Concourse town centre, leave Southway towards Grimshaw Road and turn onto Grimshaw Road. Take the slip road left onto Tanhouse Road and at the roundabout, take the fourth exit. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Ormskirk Road and turn right onto Back Lane where the property can be found on the left hand side.
