**READY END OF FEBRUARY** High levels of interest are expected for this cosy three bedroom terrace house which is located in a quiet residential area of Old Town Skelmersdale. This lovely presented house has a modern fitted kitchen with spotlights to ceiling, a light and airy conservatory and three piece family bathroom suite with electric shower. It is ideally positioned for all the local amenities and has easy access to the M58 and M6 motorways. EPC Rating Is Grade D.

Location

The property is situated in the Old Town area of Skelmersdale which has access to Sandy Lane Health Centre and Shopping Centre. There are good bus routes from Ormskirk through to Wigan. The M6 and M58 motorways are nearby. There is also access to Ashurst Beacon Country Park and Golf Club.

Our View

An early internal inspection is essential to appreciate this accommodation that would appeal to a variety of tenants. The outlay of the property briefly comprises a front door opening through to a spacious entrance hall and cloakroom/WC. There is a modern kitchen/dining area which has a range of wall and base units with work tops over, integrated electric over and hob and plumbing. There is a family size lounge with laminate flooring, spotlights to ceiling and doors leading into the light and airy conservatory. To the first floor there is a landing giving access to all three good size bedrooms and the three piece family bathroom suite which has a panelled bath, wash hand basin and low W/C with electric shower. Outside there is a small area to the front of the house with handy storage cupboard and a rear garden.

Directions

From Skelmersdale town centre leave Southway and turn right to stay on Grimshaw Road. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to Glenburn Road and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit on to Neverstitch Road. At the final roundabout take the 1st exit on to School Lane and then turn left on to Thurston.
