Briars Green is in Ashurst which has access to Ashurst Beacon Country Park and Golf Club, the Concourse Shopping Centre and the West Lancashire College. There is also good access to the M6 and M58 motorways. A bus route is available from Wigan through to Southport as well as other local villages including Newburgh and Parbold.

Early inspection is essential to appreciate this delightful detached house that is situated a corner, cul de sac position and would appeal to a range of buyers. Comprising of a door to entrance hall with laminate floor, radiator and built in cupboard. The lounge has a double glazed bay window, decorative fire surround, radiator and laminate floor. The dining room has a double glazed patio doors, radiator and laminate floor. There is a conservatory with tiled floor and double doors into the garden. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units, work tops, partial tiling, plumbing for washing machine, double glazed window, door to rear garden, wall mounted boiler, extractor fan, feature splashbacks, gas cooker point and tiled floor. The first floor has a landing with double glazed window and loft access. There are four good sized bedrooms, each having a double glazed window and radiator. The largest two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC, double glazed window, tiled walls and floor.
