After a further 1/4 mile pass under the M1 motorway network and at the T- junction at the top of the hill take a left hand turning onto Lingwell Gate Lane and after approximately 400 yards take the next left hand turning onto Longthorpe Lane and immediately after a first left onto Tatton lane. The property will be found after approximately 50 yards on the right hand side being indicated by the Reeds Rains For Sale board.
