Housenetwork Ltd are pleased to offer this semi detached house in Batley, West Yorkshire.

Total area approximately 183.4 square metres (1973.9 square feet)

The property originally belonged to a Victorian mill owner and has a multitude of characterful features including restored double-glazed sash windows, picture rails, deep skirting, ornate stained glass and even working servant bells. A cellar is also accessible through a hatch door; this used to be a bomb shelter and still holds an original stone slab table.

The interior is in an excellent condition and has featured in interior design magazines including 25 Beautiful Homes and more recently Your Home magazine. The kitchen and dining rooms have Italian tiled flooring and there is wood flooring covering the remaining of the ground floor and also in the grand Master bedroom.
