" WOW What a cottage !!!!!!! This property must be seen internally to fully appreciate what is on offer here. The minute you walk through the front door you get a feel for the love and warmth of this property. This one bedroomed cottage is ideally suited to a single person or professional couple. A lot of thought has been taken when this property was refurbished a few years ago by its current owner.

Located in the popular area of Hightown this one bedroomed cottage oozes character and is well positioned for commuting with motorway access being only a few minutes drive away. Other local towns, Halifax, Huddersfield, Leeds and Bradford are also easily accessed from this home. The property overlooks a play area and you can watch the wildlife from the bedroom window. The Greenway cycle path can also be accessed within a couple of minutes from this home.

The property comprises:- Living Room, Cellar, Dining Kitchen, Rear Porch, Landing, Bedroom and Bathroom. Outside a cottage garden is to the front of the property and access is gained to the rear of the property via a pedestrian walkway.
