" A great stone and brick built through semi detached property with beautiful views to the rear over local wooden park land.

This property really must be viewed to fully appreciate its delights. The property briefly consists of a front yard area with door leading to the entrance hall, this in turns leads to the living room which has lovely high ceilings and an electric fire and then on to the kitchen dining area. This boasts plenty of modern white cupboards and a fitted washer dryer. Access is also provided via a UPVC stable door to the rear garden with low maintenance artificial grass.

The first floor of the property boasts 3 very good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. With a security alarm, UPVC double glazing and gas central heating throughout this property will not be available for long.

Please note that any application to rent this property will be subject to a tenants referencing service which will include a credit and afford ability check.
