The property itself can be approached by leaving Pontefract Town Centre along Southgate heading towards Knottingley. Follow the road around and take a right hand turning onto Womersley Road,continue over the railway line, and take a left hand turn onto Broomhill Avenue and a first left onto Broomhill Grove.
