" This attractive, three bedroom semi-detached house is located in the popular Cedars Estate and is presented in good condition with some original features and potential to extend significantly (STPP). A storm porch shelters the front door, which leads into the entrance hall with a guest cloakroom. The front reception room has the original mantelpiece and tiled surround for the fireplace. A second reception room, with double doors opening out to the rear terrace, also has a pretty fireplace. The breakfast room continues through to the kitchen, which has fitted painted units and laminate work tops with tiled splashbacks, a ceramic sink, spaces for a dishwasher and a washing machine, also an electric cooker with an extractor over. A door leads to the side exterior for access to the garage and garden. From the hall, stairs rise to the landing, which has a hatch to access the loft. The principal double bedroom, with front aspect, has a fitted wardrobe. A second double bedroom to the rear also has a fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom would accommodate a small double bed and has views to the rear garden. The shower room has a walk-in shower plus a basin and an airing cupboard. A separate WC is on other side of the landing. The house has double glazing and a recently installed gas boiler for central heating.

Rickmansworth has a good selection of local shops including M&S Food, Waitrose and Tesco within half a mile. Both Metropolitan and Chiltern Line trains to Baker Street and Marylebone are available from Rickmansworth station 0.4 miles away. The M25 J.17 is 1.9 miles away for connections to national motorways and airports. The surrounding area provides excellent schools, both state and private. There are numerous sporting facilities nearby including golf courses, walking, tennis and also water sports at the Aquadrome in Rickmansworth.
