" This immaculately presented house was reconfigured and renovated in 2019 to create a stylish and practical family home. The entrance hall has oak flooring, which continues through most of the ground floor. From here, there is internal access to the garage and a door into the cloakroom, which continues into a large boot room. The attractive downstairs interior doors are glazed with bevelled glass. The inner hall has a staircase with under stairs storage and a large walk in cupboard. The study and the snug both have double aspects and fitted bookshelves. The kitchen was installed in 2019 and is fitted with light colour wall and base units topped with wood work surfaces, including an island unit with a breakfast bar. There is a gas fired AGA, with an extractor fan over, plus a supplementary Smeg induction hob and an electric fan oven. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stainless steel sink and draining board. There are double doors out to the rear patio and the dining area is to one side of the kitchen. The large utility room has fitted wall and base units in a light finish with wood surfaces. There are spaces for a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Doors lead from the dining area into the carpeted sitting room, which has double aspects, a wood burner and doors out to the patio. Upstairs, the landing has a large hatch to the loft and an airing cupboard. The principal bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a bath, basin and WC. Another double bedroom has views to the garden and an en suite shower room with a tiled floor, an electric shower, a basin in a vanity unit and WC. There are three further double bedrooms and the family bathroom with a bath, basin, WC, separate shower unit and Karndean floor. The house has gas central heating and double glazing.
