" Located just along from Rickmansworth High Street this property is a real gem;spacious and full of character. Currently undergoing redecoration and some refurbishment to the bathrooms, this property will be ready for occupation from mid January. With a pretty gated front garden the front entrance leads into a useful porch and then straight into the lovely living room with cast iron working fireplace, through to the dining room with another beautiful feature fireplace. The galley kitchen is modern with plenty of workspace and appliances included. At the rear of the kitchen is a great extension which is currently used as a study but could also be a lovely sun room and has access to the garden. Furthermore there is a downstairs w/c. Upstairs on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suites and on the top floor there is another bedroom and a family bathroom. Outside to the rear behind the garden there is a garage and permit parking.

Rickmansworth has a good selection of shops and supermarkets including Marks and Spencer, Waitrose and Tesco. The Metropolitan and Main Line railway services to Baker Street and Marylebone are available from Rickmansworth Station.
