" This four bedroom, terraced townhouse, situated in a private gated development, was built in 2004 and has been updated in recent years. A partly glazed front door opens into the entrance hall, which has an attractive ceramic tiled floor. There is an internal door to the garage, a cloakroom with WC and hand basin, a large coat cupboard and an under stairs cupboard. The kitchen has been refurbished with gloss fronted units and quartz surfaces. Integrated appliances include an induction hob with an overhead extractor, electric double ovens, a dishwasher, a drinks chiller and microwave and a fridgefreezer. There is a dining area with a door to the rear garden. An adjacent utility room has a range of cupboards and spaces for a washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the first floor, the reception room has a window to the front and also doors out to a small balcony. The principal bedroom has two built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a basin set in a vanity unit, ladder towel rail and WC. On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms and a single which share a bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin and WC. There are cupboards on both landings.

The house is located in a private, gated development close to Oxhey Park and Playground. Bushey Station is 0.4 miles from the property providing Main Line services to London Euston.
