" This semi-detached, five bedroom family home has been extended and modernised to provide well-planned accommodation. A storm porch leads to the original front door, with a stained glass panel, and in to the entrance hall. On the left, the dining room is currently in use as a playroom and has a wood burner and a bay window to the front. The spacious sitting room has an attractive open fireplace and has been extended to the rear with two skylights over the dining area and bi-fold doors to the garden. The contemporary style kitchen has a slate floor with a range of white gloss fronted units which have quartz work surfaces. Appliances include a gas hob with an extractor fan over, two electric ovens and a warming drawer, and space for a freestanding fridgefreezer. The island unit has an integral wine cooler. From the kitchen, the utility room is plumbed for a washing machine and tumble dryer with a cupboard housing both a water softener and the gas boiler. There is an under stairs cupboard and a cloakroom with basin and WC. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and an officebedroom.
