House Network are pleased to offer this beautifully presented modern, spacious detached family home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It has 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) each with separate bath, shower and bidet, a large living room with connected dining room, kitchen-diner, utility room and garage. There are 2 off-street parking places, plus a further 2 on-street end of cul-de-sac places. Sonia Close is off Green Lane, one of Watford's premier residential roads. Potential to extend (STPP).
