" This substantial 45 bedroom semi-detached house provides spacious accommodation with potential to extend if desired (STPP). Presented in good order, it has high quality double glazing and gas central heating throughout. A storm porch shelters the front door, which leads into the bright entrance hall with a solid oak floor that continues throughout most of the ground floor. The spacious sitting room has high ceilings, a square bay window to the front and the original 1930-s working fireplace. The dining room has views and a door to the rear garden. It is open to the fully fitted kitchen, which has solid oak fronted units with black granite surfaces, including a breakfast bar. From the hall there is a guest cloakroom with WC and basin, a deep under stairs cupboard and a separate cupboard for shoes.
