" A three bedroom semi-detached house situated in a residential cul-de-sac on the popular Byewaters development. The ground floor comprises an open plan living and dining room area with double doors onto the garden, kitchen with side access to the garden and a downstairs cloakroom. The first floor comprises master bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom, further single bedroom and family bathroom. Outside there is a garage and off street parking and a nice size garden to the rear.

Situation
Located on the popular Byewaters development, the property is situated close to Croxley Moors, the Grand Union Canal and Cassiobury Park, a large area of open parkland with leisure facilities. Watford town is less than a mile away with its excellent selection of shops, including the INTU shopping centre. Transport facilities include the Metropolitan Line at Croxley Green and Watford station and the Main Line to Euston from Watford Junction (approx. 20 mins on the ?faster trains?). Junctions 5 and 6 give access to the M1 and Junction 19 to the M25 connecting with the national motorway network and airports.
