Rossendale Estates are delighted to offer this well presented spacious ground floor flat for rental. It is located in the Hale Bank area of Widnes and has easy access to the Motorway networks and Widnes town centre along with a local convenience store.

There is an allocated parking space at the rear of the building. This ground floor flat is situation in a small block of 12 flats. There is an entrance hallway and then separate entrance to the flat which has a small hall. The double bedroom and the bathroom lead off from this hall area, which in turn leads to the spacious lounge. The kitchen is located off from the lounge and is fully fitted and has the white goods provided.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and there are also two storage cupboards.
