DESCRIPTION
Foxwood was constructed by the current owners in 2012 after residing in the large bungalow that was previously on the site. The main house has been thoughtfully designed with the family in mind and with accommodation over three floors to include; a spacious entrance hall with staircase to all three floors, downstairs wc, study, a wonderful living/dining kitchen with ample space for cooking, lounging and eating, atrium style garden room with French doors to the rear garden, utility room, living room with two sets of French doors to the rear garden and decked entertaining area, dining room, and family room. On the lower ground floor is the leisure area - games room with drinks bar, cinema room, gymnasium and shower room. To the first floor the galleried landing provides access to the four double bedrooms and main family bathroom

(with underfloor heating roll top, claw foot bath and separate walk in shower enclosure). The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating, roll top, claw foot bath, separate walk in shower enclosure and in built television. Guest bedroom two also has an en-suite shower room

(with underfloor heating) and bedrooms three and four have joint access to the Jack and Jill shower room (with underfloor heating). Externally there are wonderful formal gardens, a large elevated decked area with ample space for dining and hot tub, external lighting, and a sweeping gated driveway providing off road parking for many vehicles. The separate detached guest bungalow is set within the grounds, whilst being away from the main house it has a separate supply of electricity (water is shared with the main house). The bungalow is ideal for guests, an elderly relative, or housekeeper and the accommodation includes; entrance hall, living room, kitchen, conservatory, bedroom and bathroom.
LOCATION
Foxwood is situated on Hulme Lane on the outskirts of Lower Peover village and is conveniently located close to the local shop and within a five minute drive of Knutsford. Lower Peover provides day to day requirements and is host to many of a well know hostelry including the historical Bells of Peover and its lovely 13th Century Church. Knutsford and Northwich are almost equidistant, the foremost approximately 4 miles distant where there is an old market town rich in heritage and brimming with a variety of architectural features, particularly those built in an Italianate Tuscan style by the famous local architect, Richard Harding Watt. Linked by a web of ginnels, cobbles and courtyards, the two main streets are home to a variety of shops ranging from boutiques to antique shops, purveyors of fine wines and chocolate to art galleries and interior design specialists. There are however, a few familiar sites of larger multiple retail supermarket outlets, including Booths and Boots. Evenings in Knutsford are very lively with many fine wine bars, pubs and restaurants catering for most tastes. For the outdoor enthusiast, Knutsford borders some of Cheshire's most beautiful countryside and has the famous Tatton Park Country Estate on its doorstep with its Regency mansion, glorious gardens, traditional farm and medieval old hall. The town centre offers Leisure Centre facilities as well as numerous private sporting clubs and notable golf courses within easy reach. For the commuter, access to the nearby North West motorway network is readily available, as is Manchester International Airport and the rail station has links to Chester and Manchester. Excellent education facilities cater for children of most ages in both the state and private sectors.
DIRECTIONS
From our offices proceed to the end of Princess Street turning left onto King Edward Road. Proceed straight across at the traffic lights onto Toft Road and follow this road for about a mile and a half turning right into Middlewich Road signposted for Lower Peover. Upon reaching the village turn right at the Crown Public House and follow the road for just over a third of a mile where the property can be seen on the left hand side.
