The M6 junction 18 is located around one mile to the West of Holmes Chapel, and the railway station is situated on the main line from Crewe to Manchester. Manchester International Airport is usually accessible in around half an hour either by car or rail.

To reach the property from Holmes Chapel take the A50, Knutsford Road, and follow this for around two to three miles to Cranage turning left into Northwich Road (B5082). Follow this to the crossroads by the Three Greyhouds Public House and turn right here into Middlewich Road (B5081). Follow this road until entering Lower Peover, and turn left at The Crown Public House into Hulme Lane and then left again into Swan Grove. The property can be located as the last house on the right.
