At the roundabout take your fourth exit onto Station Road, at Station Road proceed straight on at the traffic lights over the bridge and straight on into Middlewich Road. Proceed all the way along Middlewich Road before reaching the junction by the Broken Cross Public House where you should bear right onto King Street. Proceed to the roundabout and take your first exit onto the A556 and then your immediate right onto Penny's Lane. Proceed along Penny's Lane passing the Duke of Portland Public House which will then take you onto Holmes Chapel Road. Continue to the junction and turn left onto Middlewich Road, follow the road going under the Motorway and take your first left onto Hulme Hall Lane where the property can be identified by a Coulby Conduct for sale board.
