Situated in an extremely convenient location within a flat walk of the town and a few hundred meters of Bexton Primary School an extended semi-detached house in a pleasant cul-de-sac. The house is approached over a driveway providing off road parking which leads to the garage and to the rear the gardens are private and a good size laid to lawn with patio. The main accommodation is well presented and open plan in design with a bright lounge/dining room. The property is within close reach of the cosmopolitan town of Knutsford, an old market town rich in heritage and brimming with a variety of architectural features, particularly those built in an Italianate Tuscan style by the famous local architect, Richard Harding Watt.
