Situated on a popular crescent of similar housing in a desirable part of town close to St Vincent's primary School and the town centre. This link detached house over recent years has been the subject of an extension to the rear, remodelling and the installation of a new kitchen and bathroom. From the roundabout in Canute Square travel along King Edward Road (A50) turning left at the traffic lights passing the rail station.
