Situated in the heart of the village which is within a short flat walk this extended semi-detached house is situated within a pleasant road and with private south facing rear garden which is not directly overlooked. Off road parking is available for 2-3 vehicles and there is also the space for the erection of a garage, subject to planning permission. Mobberley is one of the most sought after semi-rural villages, catering for day to day requirements and well located for easy access into Knutsford and Wilmslow town centres.
