Constructed during the pre war years of rustic brick elevations under a hipped and pitched tiled roof this attractive semi detached house has undergone an extensive programme of modernisation and extension which now provides well balanced accommodation presented to an excellent standard throughout. Approached over a gravelled driveway and picket fence there is ample parking space and as with the adjoining semi there is further scope to extend to the gable end, subject to the necessary planning permission. Particular mention should be made of the clever use of space which enables a cloakroom/wc to the ground floor and the rear single storey extension which provides an excellent open plan living dining kitchen with a range of integrated appliances. Throughout decorations are in good order complimented by uPVC double glazed windows.
