Situated on a popular and convenient avenue on the edge of the town centre yet within walking distance, this post war end of terrace house has been recently extended and furbished to an extremely high standard. The house is approached over a block paved driveway and small fore garden however to the rear there is a generous enclosed lawned area with a terrace patio and raised deck making the best use of the relatively private westerly aspect.
