Situated within a short flat walk of the town centre this most attractive post war detached family house has been subsequently extended and provides excellent well balanced family accommodation almost equidistant between Egerton Primary and Knutsford High School.
LOCATION
The property is within close reach of the cosmopolitan town of Knutsford, an old market town rich in heritage and brimming with a variety of architectural features, particularly those built in an Italianate Tuscan style by the famous local architect, Richard Harding Watt.
