NO ONWARD CHAIN on this ideally located semi detached with a very attractive rear enclosed garden. The property was built around the 1930's and has been extended to the kitchen area. There are two reception areas giving an excellent through room. To the first floor the property originally had three bedrooms plus a bathroom. In more recent years our client had made the third bedroom into an additional second shower room. Hence the house is currently two bedrooms and two shower rooms. It would be a very easy job to convert it back to the third bedroom. There are lovely gardens to the rear being enclosed and creating an attractive back drop to the property.
