Little Court is without question one of the finest modern houses within Hale, having originally been constructed by Crosby Homes in 2002 and purchased by our clients in an unfinished state who then added the leisure facility and completed the property using only specialist craftsmen and materials. This house possesses the finest indoor leisure facility that we have yet to see and the stone floors throughout the house were supplied by Paris Ceramics. The accommodation is well co-ordinated extending to approximately 9,150 sq.ft. and includes three principal reception rooms, a beautifully designed open plan kitchen/breakfast room which also has an adjacent family area and garden room. On the first floor there is a stunning master suite whilst the two remaining bedrooms on the first floor both incorporate their own beautifully styled en-suite facilities. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms served by a high quality shower room. The leisure suite is contained within the lower ground floor and approached from the hallway. The main swimming pool complex has a wide bank of opening French windows within a feature bay providing direct access into the garden. The pool is heated and is some 37'3" in length. Adjacent is a Jacuzzi, gym area, steam room and private changing rooms. The house stands within magnificent private gardens extending to approximately 1.26 of an acre and includes extensive lawns which are beautifully landscaped, face virtually due south and offer complete privacy at all times of the year. Little Court is set behind security gates with a video entry system and is approached via a long private driveway which opens into an expansive courtyard providing parking space for many vehicles.
