" A well presented Modern Semi Detached Family Home in a popular residential area with local shops, Waitrose and Broadheath Primary School on its doorstep and within easy reach of Navigation Road Metrolink Station and Altrincham Town Centre. The property is neutrally decorated throughout and offers well proportioned accommodation with a spacious 14' Lounge and 15' Dining Kitchen to the Ground Floor and Three Bedrooms and a Family Bathroom to the First Floor. Externally, the property enjoys south facing Gardens, therefore enjoying a sunny aspect. An internal inspection will reveal: Enclosed Porch. Entrance door leading to the Lounge with an open staircase leading to the First Floor. 16' x 15' Lounge is an appealing Reception Room with corniced ceiling and window to the front elevation. 15' x 8' Dining Kitchen, divided into Dining and Working Kitchen Areas. Two windows and a door enjoy aspects of and give access to the Rear Garden. To the Dining Area there is plenty of space for a dining table and chairs. Continue to the end of Barrington Road and at the traffic lights turn right onto the main A56 Manchester Road. Continue for some distance and turn left at traffic lights into Sinderland Road. Continue along Sinderland Road for some distance and at the second mini roundabout turn left into Barlow Road.
