Constructed by a local developer as a small infill development this property offers well planned accommodation spread over three floors. Briefly the gas centrally heated and double glazed accommodation comprises an entrance hallway with access to the internal garage and a downstairs wc.  At first floor level leading from a landing is a good sized living room, a breakfast kitchen which has the undoubted bonus of access to a private roof terrace.  At second floor level are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.  Externally is an ample single garage, parking and gardens as described overleaf.
