This cottage style end mews property is situated in an attractive courtyard development built by Linsen Homes in 1977. The elevations are of reclaimed Cheshire brick with Georgian style UPVC double glazed windows surmounted by a tiled pitched roof. There is vehicle hard standing and garage located adjacent to the courtyard providing parking facilities. This particular property is slightly larger than the others on the development and provides well proportioned accommodation. Of particular note is the lounge and master bedroom both measuring in excess of 17 ft in length and benefit from having dual aspect windows. The property has been well cared for and is well presented throughout. However some buyers may feel that the kitchen and bathroom requires a degree of updating. There is an attractive cottage garden to the rear which is well stocked and is accessed via a gated path to the side.
