" Deceptively spacious and extended to both sides front and rear, this semi detached property now offers 4 bedrooms over 2 floors, with the fourth bedroom having en suite wash room and additional occupancy/granny flat facility. With a large, quite private south easterly facing rear garden, 3 car parking at the front, ideal access to the village amenities and well regarded schools, we feel this property represents an ideal family home. Gas fired central heating and UPVC framed double glazing complete this house, which will not be in an upward chain! EPC:D

Ground Floor Entrance via a white UPVC double glazed door, which leads into the; Porch Quite a large porch which forms part of the extension and is built from a low brick wall to a UPVC framed double glazed structure, with a pitched and tiled roof.
