This lovely family home is one of the larger semi-detached family homes on this estate with 1183 sq feet of space including garage.  On the ground floor is a wide entrance hall that leads you to the front dining room with a large picture window that floods the room with light, to the rear is a very spacious living room with sliding patio doors to the garden, a family kitchen with eye-level and low-level fitted units, and a downstairs WC.
