The house is excellently maintained by the current occupant and is presented in really great condition. The double reception room offers lots of family friendly reception space, and the dining room and kitchen to the rear of the property offer yet more flexible reception space.

The kitchen is contemporary in design and immaculate in condition, and the skylights flood the kitchen with natural light. White goods include Bosch dishwasher, Meile fridge freezer, Neff oven, and '1/2 gas, 12/induction' hob. The washing machine is located in the separate utility room. From the dining room, tri-fold doors open out to the West-facing walled patio garden.

There is a full bathroom or shower room on each floor - shower room on the ground floor, five piece bathroom
