" A substantial and very elegant Edwardian house, situated behind a gated entrance and private gardens. There are few houses nowadays where you can say the integrity of a house has been maintained, but this is certainly one of them. There are many period details retained in this house alongside generous proportions to the principal rooms. Of note is the double aspect drawing room with its high ceilings and large bay window overlooking the southerly facing gardens, the equally well proportioned dining room and family room, the latter of which continues into the conservatory with again doors to the garden. The main bedroom again offers the size you would expect from such a room and mirrors the wide bay window found in the drawing room. With the property being over three floors, the upper floor here provides a variety of options but it is currently presented as a self contained flat with kitchenette, living room bedroom and bathroom. In conclusion then, this is a wonderful period, family home and I personally recommend this property to you. "
