" This outstanding southerly backing family home has a great feeling of space and light from the moment you step through the front door into the wide entrance hall. The magnificent open plan living room is to the rear with two sets of bi-fold doors that open back, making the deck and garden an extension of the living space, perfect for summer entertaining. To provide shade and privacy, the doors are inset with electronically controlled blinds between the glass panes. The clean uncluttered lines are further enhanced by the use of a neutral colour scheme, natural oak floor and under floor heating system to both the ground and first floors, avoiding the need for unsightly radiators. The heating system is ecologically friendly as well as being economical, using a ground source heat pump that provides both the central heating and hot water and in the summer when central heating is not required it can be switched over to heat the swimming pool. The contemporary style open plan kitchen has been comprehensively fitted with a range of cream high gloss fronted units complemented by brown granite worktops and an integrated dishwasher, combination microwave oven and coffee maker. Provision has been made for a range cooker with a stainless steel cooker hood over and an American style refrigerator. In addition there is a useful utility room with plumbing for laundry appliances, another useful feature includes an integrated vacuum system throughout the home. The ground floor master bedroom suite creates a quiet retreat with its en-suite bathroom and day room that opens onto the rear garden. Completing the ground floor is a guest cloakroom. To the first floor are five further bedrooms, four of which are double rooms with built-in wardrobes, one with a Juliet balcony and the fifth being a single bedroom with eaves storage cupboard. The beautifully appointed family bathroom with a roll top bath, separate glass panelled shower cubicle and a wash basin that sits upon a glass top stand with a matching splash back.
