" Pyramid is a traditional brick built riverside bungalow constructed in 1989 and has been extensively refurbished in the last few years and ideas have been thought of for extension into the roof space. The accommodation not only provides a practical layout, but is also ideal for entertaining with the outside space being an extension of the living accommodation. Being south facing, the principal accommodation is to the front with large double glazed picture windows and tilt & slide patio doors flooding the rooms with natural light & opening onto the terrace, as well as affording lovely river views. A beautiful solid bamboo floor flows from the hall through to the main reception areas & master bedroom, enhancing the light & spacious feel. The generously sized living room has an open fire and the dining area could easily be separated off to form a third double bedroom whilst still leaving ample space for dining furniture. The beautifully appointed contemporary-style kitchen/breakfast room by Schmidt, is fitted with a range of cherry wood style units complimented by a travertine heated floor, under unit lighting & seamless composite worktops inset with integrated AEG & Bosch appliances including a larder fridge, dishwasher, microwave, self cleaning oven, ceramic hob & stainless steel & glass extractor hood. To one end is space for a breakfast table next to the large picture window and glazed door giving open views over the river. A separate utility room with plumbing for laundry appliances & freezer is a further added bonus.
