" This is the first time that Wynches has been brought to the market in 20 years. Originally built in the 1950's and later extended by our client with the addition of a fourth bedroom and conversion of a family room behind the integral garage. Further improvements have also recently been made whilst still retaining the charm and character. Some of these many improvements include updating of the electrical system, refitment of the kitchen and replacement of all the sanitary ware, renovation of the original wood block flooring and total re-decoration. The impressive reception hall sets the scene with a wide entrance and a lovely turning staircase. The front aspect living room is a delightful room in which to relax and has an open fireplace flanked by two porthole windows. The hub of the home is the large kitchen/diner that is divided by a central fireplace that has a contemporary style stainless steel gas fireplace filled with glass pebbles that compliments the white high gloss newly fitted kitchen with its contrasting worktops inset with a stainless steel gas hob, matching chimney cooker hood and electric oven. The fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher are all integrated behind matching fascias and both the kitchen and dining areas have French doors opening onto the walled garden. There is a useful family room leading off the dining area that also has doors onto the garden and into the integral garage. To the first floor are four bedrooms, the master being double aspect running front to back. There are two further double rooms and a good single, all sharing the well appointed bathroom that is fitted with a modern white suite incorporating a corner bath, separate shower cubical and a contemporary style glass basin set on a polished steel pedestal. Outside: The rear garden extends to approximately 50 x 30' with a charming older feel being fully enclosed by old stock walling. Principally laid to lawn with established shrub beds and a mature deciduous tree with a garden shed behind. To one side of the house is a covered storage area and to the other, a gated front access.
