" This appealing 1930's bay fronted detached bungalow has been owned by our client from its original construction and has proven to be a practical family home complimented by a delightful large mature southerly backing garden. It was later extended back in the 1950's to provide flexible accommodation, now with 5 rooms in addition to the kitchen and bathroom, which as per the floorplan below could be laid out as 3 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms or combinations of. The current living room retains its open fireplace and opens into a useful rear porch/utility room. Some improvements have been made including the installation of sealed unit double-glazing that is still under guarantee and a modern gas central heating system.
