" This smartly presented and spacious family home extends to 1643 sq.ft of living space set over two floors. In addition, to the extensions that were added in 1977 and 1999 the home has been remodelled to provide a practical layout linked with an easy flow and excellent storage. All the rooms have a light and airy feel, which is apparent from the moment you step into the reception hall. The south facing living room is generously proportioned and has a large double glazed picture window to the front and the former fireplace has been blanked over but could be re-opened if required. This flows through into the double aspect dining room that has patio doors opening onto the garden. A further door leads in to the kitchen/breakfast room that overlooks the garden, ideal for keeping an eye on the children or for those summer barbeques. The kitchen has been fitted with a range of white Shaker style units complemented by light granite effect work surfaces and a ceramic tiled floor. The gas hob, extractor cooker hood and double electric oven are integrated and provision has been made for an American sized refrigerator and dishwasher. To the side of the kitchen is a lobby with a door to the garden and a separate utility room with an adjoining guest cloakroom.
