" This attractive 1930?s bay fronted home has a lovely homely feel and is ideal for a growing family providing a versatile layout with 3 double bedrooms and 4 reception rooms including a large double-glazed conservatory. Our clients have made many substantial improvements whilst retaining the original character. The comfortable living room has an open fireplace with a deep recess to one side, ideal for displaying furniture, and patio doors open into a lovely conservatory that is positioned to catch the west sun and has a vaulted glazed roof made of a special tinted glass which effectively prevents the room getting too hot. To the front is a good-sized separate dining room with a wide bay window and brick fireplace. Also to the front is a study, or 4th bedroom, which is a pretty room with its leaded light bow window.
