" This attractive home has all the right ingredients for a growing family with generously proportioned entertaining space, a good sized garden and a convenient location within walking distance of Lower Sunbury village and a selection of reputable schools. Since 2006 the property has undergone extensive modernisation including re-wiring, a new central heating boiler, double-glazing, replacement uPVC sofits and fascias and was extended. Despite all these improvements, it has not lost connection with its roots and retains much of its original character including the open fireplaces, joinery and high ceilings to both the ground and first floor, giving the home a greater feeling of space. The former garage, which was too narrow to accommodate a modern car and has been replaced with a useful study/ground floor bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The focal point of the home is the impressive bright and spacious living room that has been extended to provide excellent entertaining space and has French doors opening onto the garden. This flows through into the kitchen that is also a lovely light room with a large roof lantern and door onto the garden. The kitchen has been attractively fitted with a range of cream fronted Shaker style units complimented by black granite worktops inset with a ceramic hob. The cooker hood, electric double oven, microwave and dishwasher are all integrated and plumbing has been provided for an American style refrigerator. To the rear is a separate utility room housing the central heating boiler and laundry appliances. To the front of the house is a separate bay fronted dining room that retains its open fireplace.
To the first floor are three bedrooms the two double rooms having built-in wardrobes and single has space for a freestanding wardrobe. The family bathroom is fitted with a modern 3 piece white suite. Council Tax: Band E "
