" With an attractive partial slate exterior this three bedroomed semi-detached house offers light airy accommodation and is presented in excellent order throughout. With an enclosed south westerly facing garden with a gate leading to the garage the property must be viewed internally in order to appreciate the accommodation on offer. There is coving to a number of ceilings and the entrance hallway and cloakroom have laminated flooring, whilst the lounge has a mock fireplace with a marble surround and electric fire as well as double glazed french doors leading to the rear garden.
